A Little About AKCREATIVE
My background is in interior design and real estate, so creativity and business have always gone hand in hand for me.
I’ve spent years working on interior design projects, dealing with clients, spaces, ideas and the realities of turning a concept into something that actually works. Today, I’m also actively involved in real estate, where I bring that same creative eye into how I see, market and position properties.
I’m easy-going by nature, but decisive when it comes to getting things done.
I don’t believe in overcomplicating things. Have an idea? Let’s hear it. Think there’s a better way? Let’s try it. Make a mistake? Learn from it, improve it and move on.
I appreciate people who take initiative and aren’t afraid to experiment.
At the end of the day, ideas are great, but results matter.
I want to build an environment where we can create, learn, have fun and produce work we’re genuinely proud of. And when our work creates results, I believe in sharing and enjoying the success together.
Job Description
🎬 CONTENT CREATOR WANTED — IDEAS > FANCY EQUIPMENT
I’m looking for a creative Content Creator / Video Editor who has plenty of ideas, good editing skills, and can turn content around fast.
You’ll be creating content around real estate, property, interior design, renovation projects, site visits, behind-the-scenes moments and lifestyle content — so there will always be something new to shoot, explore and turn into a story.
You don’t need to own the best camera, laptop or equipment.
If you have the talent and can produce results, we can talk about your equipment wish list. I believe the right tools should support good people doing good work. 🚀
Who I’m looking for
Someone who is:

🎥 Comfortable shooting & editing short-form content
⚡ Fast and efficient with turnaround
🧠 Eager to learn, experiment and try new things
📱 Understands Instagram, Reels, TikTok and social content
📈 Interested in what actually gets attention and produces results
🤝 Adaptable and willing to grow together
Experience in real estate or interior design is a bonus, but definitely not a must.
In fact, sometimes a fresh pair of eyes sees things differently — and that’s exactly what I’m looking for.
I’m an easy-going but results-driven boss.
I appreciate creativity and initiative. If you have a better idea, tell me. If something isn’t working, let’s change it. If you want to experiment with something completely different, let’s try it.
Working hours are flexible. I care more about getting good work done than watching the clock.
That said, real estate and content both move fast, so there will be times when we need to hustle and meet deadlines.
What I can promise you
You won’t be sitting around doing the same boring thing every day.
One day we could be touring a property.
Another day at an interior design project.
Another day brainstorming a crazy Reel idea.
And sometimes we’ll probably create something, look at it and say, “Nope. Let’s do that again.” 😂
It will be hands-on, sometimes fast-paced, and hopefully a lot of fun.
Most importantly, I want this to be a place where you can learn, experiment, improve your craft and build a portfolio you’re proud of.
And my philosophy is pretty simple:
If the boss makes money and you helped make it happen, you will not be forgotten. 😉
Good work deserves to be recognised and rewarded.
I’m particularly open to interns, freelancers and young creatives who may not have the longest résumé yet but have talent, hunger, curiosity and a good attitude.
Let’s start with a few projects and see how we work together.
If we have the right chemistry and can work effectively, efficiently and creatively, I’m very open to building something longer-term together.
