Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Video Producer at alice.
At alice, Producers are more than project managers. They are trusted partners who help clients translate business objectives into meaningful visual communication. As the primary point of contact throughout a project, you will guide clients through the production journey while ensuring every project is delivered with clarity, creativity, and excellence.

You will oversee projects from concept development to final delivery, working closely with clients to bring compelling stories to life. We are looking for someone who is organised, solutions-oriented, and confident in building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted and long-term relationships
Understand client objectives and proactively recommend solutions that best achieve their communication goals
Lead and manage projects from briefing through final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Coordinate all aspects of production, including pre-production, production, and post-production workflows
Facilitate clear communication between clients, internal teams, and external vendors
Anticipate project challenges and stay one step ahead by identifying risks and implementing solutions early
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard
Monitor project profitability
Provide regular project updates and reporting to the Executive Producer

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in video production project management role
Proven ability to independently manage projects from start to finish
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive, resourceful, and confident in solving problems independently
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across teams
Passion for storytelling, communications, and creating meaningful content
