Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Assist in processing and fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently.
– Managing inventory levels and ensure timely shipments.
– Provide support to customers via email and live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
– Assist in conducting regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and optimise stock levels.
– Contribute ideas and suggestions for streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.
– Assist in Showroom retail operations and appointments.

Requirements:

– Genuine enthusiasm for both e-commerce and the fashion industry.
– Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
– Able to work independently
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
– Proficiency in written and spoken English
– Singapore/PR applicants only

For Interns, min commitment of 4-6 months, open to convert to full-time
