Job Description

About the Role:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful E-commerce & Inventory Intern to help keep our digital shelves running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys backend operations, loves structure and systems, and wants to learn how a sustainable fashion brand operates behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Management

– Assist in listing and updating products on Shopify (photos, variants, stock levels)
– Support in coordinating collection launches and scheduling products to go live
– Check for website errors, formatting issues, or missing product info

Inventory & Fulfilment

– Track stock levels, update inventory sheets, and manage restock updates
– Assist in stock takes and help prepare monthly inventory reports
– Help fulfil online orders, process returns/exchanges, and pack during peak periods

Customer Support

– Assist in managing customer inquiries related to sizing, shipping, and exchanges
– Coordinate showroom pick-ups or help organise logistics for special campaigns

You’re a Good Fit If You:

– Enjoy working with numbers, checklists, and structured tasks
– Are familiar with Shopify, Google Sheets, or keen to learn
– Have great attention to detail and enjoy admin or backend work
– Are reliable and take initiative to solve small issues before they snowball
– Able to commit at least 3 months
Bonus: You’ve worked on logistics, stockkeeping, or operations before (even in school or clubs!)
