The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Musical Theatre Teacher who can bring energy, expertise, and inspiration to the classroom. You’ll be responsible for teaching singing, acting, and dance to students of various ages and levels, preparing them for exams, performances, and competitions, and fostering a love for the performing arts in a positive, encouraging environment.

What You’ll do

  • Teach engaging and technically sound musical theatre classes, incorporating singing, acting, and dance.
  • Prepare students for Trinity Musical Theatre Examinations, showcases, and competitions.
  • Work collaboratively with the Head of Department to follow lesson plans and syllabus requirements.
  • Choreograph routines and rehearse students for events and productions.
  • Deliver constructive, confidence-building feedback to help students progress.
  • Maintain a safe, organised, and inspiring learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents when needed regarding student progress.
  • Support seasonal programs such as workshops, intensives, and rehearsals.
