Job Description
Client Service Executive
Ambrosia Communications is looking for a Client Service Executive to support the coordination and execution of campaigns across our accounts.
We’re a Singapore-based communications agency working primarily with shopping malls, retail brands, and healthcare clients. You’ll be working on real, ongoing projects from the start, with guidance from the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day tasks
Liaise with vendors (print, production, digital, logistics), including sourcing, bookings, and follow-ups
Support execution across digital, retail, and on-ground campaigns
Assist in preparing decks, reports, and client materials
Work with internal teams to keep projects organised and on track
Conduct basic research to support ongoing work
What We’re Looking For
0–2 years of experience (internships count)
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Clear and professional communication skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines with guidance
Comfortable working with different stakeholders
