Who We Are

AMOK produces commercials, branded content, and documentary work with a focus on cinematic storytelling. We collaborate closely with directors, agencies, and clients to bring ideas to life from concept through post. Over the years, we’ve created work for brands like Belmond, LG, Sony, Meta, Google, and Shopify, and our films have travelled through festivals and international platforms. We care about craft, we move with intention, and we aim to make work that feels honest, distinctive, and impactful.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Creative Producer’s Assistant Intern, someone sharp, reliable, and eager to learn how real productions are built from idea to shoot to edit to delivery.

If you have a design or motion graphics background, that’s a big plus. It means you’ll pick up creative intent faster, communicate better with post teams, and contribute meaningfully beyond coordination work.

What you’ll do

You’ll support our producers in keeping projects moving smoothly, both creatively and logistically.

Creative support

  • Build reference decks and moodboards to shape creative direction
  • Support creative discussions and help turn ideas into real plans
  • Research and assist with concept development and director treatments

Production and coordination

  • Assist with schedules, shoot planning, and crew coordination
  • Support location planning, talent arrangements, and production errands
  • Keep track of deliverables, deadlines, and internal follow-ups

Post-production support

  • Track post timelines, versions, and review links
  • Help coordinate with editors, colourists, sound, and motion teams
  • Keep feedback rounds organised, clear, and moving forward

On-set support

  • Assist directors and producers on shoot days
  • Help keep the day on track and solve problems quickly, quietly, and efficiently

We’re looking for someone who

  • Is organised, proactive, and not afraid to take responsibility
  • Communicates clearly and follows through
  • Enjoys solving problems and keeping things moving
  • Has a good sense of creative work and quality

Strong bonus if you can

  • Use After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Understand basic post workflows and file handover
  • Help with motion and design assets when needed

What you’ll get

  • Real-world experience producing across brand and film workflows
  • Direct exposure to how producers and directors think, plan, and deliver projects
  • A team that moves fast and gives you real responsibility, not coffee runs only
  • This role is for someone who wants to become a creative producer

Working arrangement

  • Work hours: 11am to 7pm on most days
  • WFH: Fridays
