Working Structure:
On-site: scheduled upon discussion
Part-time, casual admin support
Flexible timing and schedule (approx. 6–15 hours/week)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Organise and manage client documents and records
- Prepare and track forms, submissions, and admin checklists
- Schedule appointments and send reminders
- Follow up on documents and simple client coordination
- Support basic admin tasks (uploads, lists, logistics)
Requirements:
- Residing in Singapore
- Minimum Singapore Diploma / A-Level (Overseas degree holders welcome)
- Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
- Able to work independently
- Willingness to learn; admin experience preferred but not required
