Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build top-tier graphics, videos, illustrations, motion designs, and digital content.
- Create event visuals that actually impress β stage designs, posters, banners, LED wall layouts, web assets, and more.
- Develop 3D mockups and pre-vis that help clients see the idea before they buy it.
- Own the entire video pipeline: editing, animation, compositing, sound, colour β the whole works.
- Collaborate with content team to drive social media content visuals from concept to final output.
- Work closely with the creative, project, and sales teams to elevate proposals, not just decorate them.
- Integrate AI creatively and strategically to your work β Runway, Firefly, Sora-style tools, Midjourney, etc. β to speed up workflows, ideate faster, prototype smarter.
- Produce illustration, motion assets, 2D/3D animation, and whatever visual magic a project demands.
- Bring new ideas, spot trends, and push the teamβs creative bar higher.
- Step up for ad-hoc tasks and support cross functional collaboration β we move fast, and you must too.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Digital Media, Design, Animation, Visual Comms, or equivalent β strong portfolio > paper.
- Minimum 2 years solid, hands-on experience creating real work, not school assignments.
- Strong command of Adobe Suite (PS, AI, PR, AE) + experience in 3D tools (Blender/Maya/C4D preferred).
- Proven ability to conceptualize and execute β fast, sharp, and independently.
- Strong understanding of animation, motion, video editing, and visual design principles.
- Real experience with AI creative tools.
- Comfortable managing tight deadlines, multiple projects, and ever-changing requirements.
- Hungry for growth β this role has a clear path into creative leadership.
- Bonus: Figma/Notion/Monday.com familiarity, scripting/tool automation, or any related skills.
