Who We Are

Arkchetype is a creative studio driven by heart, grounded in craft, and built to tell stories that matter. We’re a tight-knit team that loves the craft and cares deeply about doing things well. We chase clarity over chaos, and we show up for each other - not just for the work. From brand films and regional campaigns to event highlights and purpose-led content, you’ll get to lead projects that are both meaningful and momentum-building. Some are bold and complex; others are deceptively simple - but we bring the same pride, precision, and creative intent to every one. If you value high standards, a collaborative rhythm, and a studio culture that respects both creativity and sustainability - we’d love to hear from you.

Job Description

PRODUCER WANTED: For the Ones Who Shape Stories and Keep the Ship Steady

At Arkchetype, we don’t just need someone to manage timelines – we’re looking for a Producer who can hold the full picture: creative ambition, logistical precision, team flow, and client clarity.

From brand campaigns to purpose-led content, we make work that has weight – and we need someone who can lead that work from start to finish.

This isn’t a role for someone waiting to be told what to do, or chasing the limelight. It’s for someone who owns outcomes, leads with quiet confidence, and knows that the best creative work is equal parts heart and discipline.

You’re the anchor – equal parts creative mind, project lead, and client whisperer. You turn ideas into execution, keeping projects sharp, grounded, and moving.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end projects: manage timelines, budgets, resources, and quality from kickoff to delivery.
  • Keep calm in the chaos: align clients, steady the team, and troubleshoot curveballs.
  • Think in layers: from storyboarding and scripting to cutdowns and captions. You zoom out to shape the story and zoom in to sharpen every beat. (you don’t miss the forest or the trees.)
  • Champion clarity: in how you brief, manage feedback, and communicate across the board.
  • Juggle with grace: from brand films, corporate videos, event videos to animation explainers .. you get the idea!

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in video production and client-facing roles, with a strong project portfolio; you can navigate both creative and logistical conversations.
  • Creative empathy: you get what makes a cut work or a story land, even if you’re not editing it yourself.
  • Operational discipline: you bring structure where others bring chaos.
  • Tech fluency: You have a good grasp of how industry-standard tools like the Adobe suite work, enabling you to manage editors and motion designers with clarity and confidence – even if you’re not hands-on yourself
  • Strong people radar: you know when to step in, when to pull back, and how to keep a team motivated and clients reassured.

Who You Are:

  • A problem-solver who thinks fast but never reacts blind.
  • A team-first player who leads without ego and listens with intention.
  • A creative grown-up who respects timelines as much as the process.
  • Someone still hungry to grow, adapt, and stay curious.

Work-Life Rhythm:

  • Core hours: 9:30am to 6:30pm, Monday – Friday
  • We guard weekends and downtime, but production isn’t always predictable – sometimes a client needs a fast turnaround, sometimes the pipeline clogs. When that happens, we pull together, then reset the balance after.

Compensation & Growth:

  • Competitive salary based on experience and contribution
  • Annual performance bonuses
  • Healthcare + self-care leave
  • Progression into strategic leadership – whether in Executive Producer or Creative Director roles – depending on your strengths and ambitions.

Oh – and you’ll probably want to like dogs (and cats).
