Artiste Liaison Intern

About the Role:
As an Artiste Liaison intern you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team in managing our musicians for our events and concerts.
Duration:
Min. 4 months with the opportunity to convert to full time if the candidate is found suitable.
Main Responsibilities:
- Working with the Artiste Team in booking & scheduling of musicians for events and concert.
- Managing rehearsals scheduled
- Be onsite with the musicians to ensure smooth running of event as discussed with client.
- Plan and strategise for upcoming projects and campaigns
- Provide administrative support to the team.
Requirements:
- Singaporean/PR
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to work nights and weekends for various events if needed.
- Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Arts Management, Communications or Public Relations.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
