Job Description
As Cinch scales its B2B footprint across APAC, we’re looking for a motivated and commercially sharp Sales & Business Development Intern to help us connect with businesses that need smarter, simpler device solutions. You’ll work closely with our GTM and sales teams to identify prospects, engage decision-makers, and support our CRM and lead generation efforts. From cold outreach and pipeline management to live client conversations and follow-ups, you’ll be in the thick of building commercial traction with some of Singapore’s fastest-growing companies. This is a high-ownership opportunity for someone who’s passionate about technology and eager to grow their sales chops in a fast-paced, startup environment.
What You’ll Do
Conduct lead research and build prospect lists across key verticals (e.g. logistics, retail, healthcare, F&B)
Support and execute outbound campaigns via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and cold calls
Manage and update CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), tracking deal flow, engagement, and follow-ups
Set up and join B2B sales calls and demos, capturing client needs and proposing tailored solutions
Assist in preparing sales decks, product overviews, and commercial proposals
Help refine messaging based on client feedback and performance data
Coordinate across marketing, product, and ops to ensure timely client follow-up and deal progression
About You
Based in Singapore, and available for an in-person or hybrid internship
A current student or recent graduate with prior internship experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
Strong communicator with fluent written and spoken English
Comfortable reaching out to new contacts, managing objections, and pitching value
Familiar with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce), Excel/Sheets, and email/LinkedIn outreach platforms
Genuinely interested in technology, mobile devices, and how businesses use IT to scale
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently
Bonus: Interest in B2B SaaS, enterprise IT, or subscription models
