Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Campaigns Manager to lead the orchestration of campaigns across Ask & Embla and Ambi.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and commercial performance, overseeing the full campaign lifecycle — from GTM planning and orchestration through to budget oversight, performance reviews, and continuous optimisation.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are well-planned, well-executed, and commercially grounded. This role requires someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring campaigns move forward with clarity and precision.
This is a senior individual contributor role suited for someone who enjoys both thinking strategically and operating with strong execution discipline.
What You’ll Do
GTM Planning & Campaign Orchestration
-Own the end-to-end GTM planning process across Ask & Embla and AMBI
-Ensure campaigns are properly sequenced, paced, and aligned with commercial priorities
-Act as the single source of truth for campaign timelines, launches, and key marketing moments
-Work closely with Project Management, Merchandising, Creative, and Marketing teams to coordinate campaign execution
-Ensure campaigns are fully briefed, operationally ready, and commercially grounded before launch
Campaign Strategy & Execution
-Co-own the campaign direction and audience focus alongside the Head of Marketing
-Coordinate campaign execution across creative, product launches, and marketing channels
-Ensure strategy, execution, and performance remain aligned throughout the campaign lifecycle
-Identify opportunities to improve campaign workflows and operational efficiency
Campaign Performance & Reporting
-Own the performance reviews for campaigns across launches, promotions, and sales moments
-Define KPIs upfront and ensure campaigns are evaluated against clear performance benchmarks
-Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual campaign reviews, highlighting wins, misses, and key learnings Feed insights back into future GTM planning to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Campaign Budgeting
-Manage campaign budgets across departments and track spend against approved allocations
-Monitor and report on Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER) across campaigns
-Flag budget risks and performance concerns early
Operations & Team Coordination
-Manage the marketing calendar and campaign stand-ups, ensuring teams remain aligned on priorities
-Maintain the GTM deck and campaign calendar as the single source of truth
-Ensure campaign templates and reporting frameworks are consistently used across the team
Who You Are
Must-Haves
-5+ years of experience in campaigns, growth, or performance marketing
-Experience managing multi-channel campaigns from planning through to post-mortem analysis
-Strong understanding of campaign budgeting and marketing performance metrics, including MER
-Experience delivering structured reporting and performance reviews to senior stakeholders
-Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to align multiple teams
-Comfortable operating with autonomy and ownership in a fast-paced environment
-Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn campaign data into actionable insights
-Solid project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Nice to Have
-Experience working in e-commerce, retail, lifestyle, or fashion brands
-Familiarity with marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and campaign tracking frameworks
-Experience working across multiple brands or product lines
-Background in both brand and performance marketing
-Experience mentoring or guiding junior marketers
This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and plays a key role in ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned, operationally strong, and commercially effective.
