About HappyFrames
HappyFrames is a growing lifestyle photography brand focused on creating meaningful, confidence-driven portrait experiences. As we scale towards consistent monthly revenue growth, we are looking for a commercially minded Growth & Content Marketing Executive to drive bookings, generate leads, and build strong brand engagement.
This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You will work closely with the founder and Assemblyclan’s creative production team to turn marketing ideas into high-performing content and measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Lead Generation
Support achievement of monthly revenue targets (goal: $30,000/month and beyond)
Plan, execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads and TikTok Ads
Monitor and improve key metrics such as cost per lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS) and conversion rates
Manage basic CRM tracking and lead follow-ups
Propose promotional mechanics that drive sales while maintaining brand positioning
2. Content Strategy & Creative Ideation
Develop and manage weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with sales goals
Conceptualise bite-sized, conversion-driven short-form content (Reels, TikTok, testimonials, founder POV, behind-the-scenes)
Translate trends into brand-relevant ideas that drive engagement and bookings
Pitch creative concepts that can be executed independently or elevated with support from Assemblyclan
3. Content Creation & Execution
Shoot and edit short-form mobile-first content
Design simple graphics for social posts, promotions and stories
Edit videos using CapCut or similar editing tools
Write engaging captions aligned to brand tone
Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms
4. Community & Engagement
Drive engagement through comments, DMs and interactive formats
Assist in building referral initiatives and repeat booking strategies
Support simple member engagement initiatives and future brand collaborations
5. Reporting & Optimisation
Provide weekly performance updates
Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements
Continuously test creatives, audiences and offers to improve booking consistency
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing or social media marketing
Hands-on experience running Meta Ads (experience with Google and TikTok Ads preferred)
Strong understanding of short-form content trends and social media algorithms
Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar tools)
Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar platforms)
Commercial mindset with understanding of how marketing drives revenue
Organised, proactive and able to execute independently
Experience in lifestyle, beauty, photography or creative industries is preferred but not mandatory.
