Who We Are

Assemblyclan is a creative agency where photography, film, design, technology and storytelling come together to create work that people remember.

We partner with some of the world’s leading luxury, beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands to craft campaigns, experiences and visual worlds that live across physical and digital spaces. As creative tools continue to evolve, we’re equally invested in emerging technologies—including AI—as we are in timeless craft.

We’re looking for an Account Manager who enjoys building relationships, thrives in organised chaos, and knows how to move ambitious ideas from concept to execution.

If you believe great account management isn’t about chasing timelines but enabling exceptional creative work, we’d love to meet you.

Job Description

The Role
You’ll be the strategic bridge between our clients and our creative team—guiding projects from brief to delivery while ensuring every detail is considered, every expectation is managed, and every project is commercially successful.

You’ll work alongside photographers, filmmakers, designers, producers and strategists on campaigns spanning social, brand, editorial, experiential and emerging media.

This role is equal parts relationship management, project leadership and commercial thinking.

What You’ll Do
Client Leadership

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients.
Lead day-to-day communications across multiple accounts.
Translate business objectives into clear creative briefs.
Present work confidently and manage stakeholder expectations.
Identify opportunities to grow existing partnerships.

Project Management

  • Oversee projects from proposal through final delivery.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, production schedules and approvals.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest creative standards.
  • Anticipate risks early and solve problems proactively.

Commercial Management

  • Prepare quotations, proposals and production estimates.
  • Track project profitability and resource allocation.
  • Support invoicing and project reconciliation.
  • Contribute to new business opportunities and agency growth.

Creative Operations

  • Work closely with the Creative Director throughout the creative process.
  • Coordinate productions, shoots, installations and campaign launches.
  • Support integrated campaigns across photography, film, digital, experiential and AI-assisted creative workflows.
  • Continuously explore more efficient ways of working as creative technology evolves.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in a creative, advertising, branding or production agency.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Calm under pressure with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Commercially aware and solutions-oriented.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Naturally proactive, resourceful and collaborative.
  • Curious about where creativity, technology and AI are heading—and excited to be part of that evolution.

Why Assemblyclan
We’re a small team with ambitious ideas.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on campaigns that span luxury, culture and technology, collaborating with global brands, creative partners and emerging tools that are reshaping the industry.

We believe the future of creative work belongs to people who combine taste with adaptability. While the tools continue to change, our commitment to craft, thoughtful ideas and meaningful storytelling remains constant.

If you’re looking for a place where you’ll have real ownership, work across diverse projects, and help define what the next generation of creative agencies looks like, we’d love to hear from you.
