Job Description
Role Overview
As an Administrative Executive, you will work with multiple functions in Aural-Aid to keep processes running smoothly. You will observe the different key functions to understand the business overview, and provide support mainly related to administration, accounts, hiring and marketing.
– Manage internal office communication, including receiving phone calls, taking messages, and overseeing email correspondences to ensure timely responses
– Assist with bookkeeping and financial procedures, including preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting with budget management
– Schedule job postings weekly
– Screen job applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the hiring process in collaboration with the team
– Lead the creation and execution of marketing materials and collaterals, including digital content, brochures, and promotional campaigns, to support business development efforts
Prerequisites
– Good written/verbal communication skills with attention to accuracy
– Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
– Ability to work and multitask in fast-paced environment
– Must be able to work independently, take initiative, assume responsibility, and make decisions in an effective and efficient manner
– Ability to take direction and prioritise as needed
