Aural-Aid is an architectural acoustics firm. We pride ourselves in having a young and fun startup culture! Our manufacturing arm designs and makes acoustic panels and diffusers, while our contract arm constructs acoustic environments for cinemas, schools, auditoriums, and places of worship.

Job Description

Role Overview

As a Management Associate in our architectural acoustics company, you will be involved in various aspects of our business operations, including project management, client liaison, acoustical consultation, and coordination of product supply and delivery.

Under the mentorship of a Director, you will learn how to manage projects from inception to completion, work closely with clients to address project needs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal teams on all aspects of project planning and execution.
  • Prepare and provide quotes to clients for various services, including acoustical testing, consultation, supply, and installation.
  • Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • If a project is secured, manage ongoing communication with the client, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Work closely with the project manager to ensure all project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Assist in managing the production and supply of acoustical products, ensuring timely delivery to both local and international markets.
  • Participate in acoustical testing and analysis as needed to support project requirements.
  • Learn and apply industry best practices in acoustical architecture, construction management, and client relations.

Prerequisites

  • Class 3/3A Driving Licence
  • Singaporean and PR
  • Speak English and Mandarin
  • A degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client liaison.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently manage tasks.
  • Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn through hands-on experience.
