Content Creation: Develop compelling written content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, adhering to brand guidelines and tone of voice. Create captivating captions, tweets, and posts that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
Graphic Design: Design eye-catching visuals, including images, infographics, and illustrations, to accompany social media posts. Utilize design tools and software to produce high-quality graphics that align with our brand identity and messaging.
Video Editing: Produce engaging video content for social media campaigns, including product demos, tutorials, testimonials, and promotional videos. Edit and enhance video footage to ensure professional quality and maximum impact.
Content Calendar Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives and product launches. Plan and schedule social media posts in advance, ensuring a consistent and cohesive content strategy.
Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to inquiries and feedback. Foster positive relationships with followers and influencers to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy.
