Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong experience in IT services sales, focused on lead generation, opportunity conversion, and client acquisition in the Singapore market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound activities (cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, networking, events, referrals).
- Identify and engage prospective clients for IT services (software development, digital transformation, cloud, data, etc.).
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions in coordination with the delivery team.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and closure.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercials; participate in negotiations and contract finalization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Maintain CRM updates, sales pipeline, and regular reporting on leads and conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and lead conversion targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Business Development or IT Sales.
- Proven experience in lead generation and conversion within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience handling the Singapore market is a strong advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with startups or mid-sized IT service companies.
- Existing network or client connections in Singapore IT market.
