Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong experience in IT services sales, focused on lead generation, opportunity conversion, and client acquisition in the Singapore market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound activities (cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, networking, events, referrals).
  • Identify and engage prospective clients for IT services (software development, digital transformation, cloud, data, etc.).
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions in coordination with the delivery team.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and closure.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercials; participate in negotiations and contract finalization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Maintain CRM updates, sales pipeline, and regular reporting on leads and conversions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and lead conversion targets.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Business Development or IT Sales.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and conversion within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience handling the Singapore market is a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with startups or mid-sized IT service companies.
  • Existing network or client connections in Singapore IT market.
