Job Description

What We’re Looking For
Do you care deeply about helping people grow into the best version of themselves? Do you enjoy bringing teams together, elevating performance, and building a culture where people thrive?

We’re looking for someone who wants to go beyond traditional HR — someone who is excited to shape people, culture, and performance in a meaningful way. If you’re motivated by impact and want to see the direct results of your work, this role could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including payroll, claims, and CPF submissions
  • Design and implement structured employee development and growth pathways
  • Develop clear, role-specific performance metrics (both qualitative and quantitative)
  • Track performance across metrics and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Partner with the Director on recruitment, including screening and interviews
  • Handle work pass applications and other manpower-related matters
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, development, and offboarding
  • Drive performance management processes and employee relations initiatives
  • Review and optimise compensation structures, incentive schemes, and benefits
  • Foster a positive, high-performing work culture that attracts and retains talent
  • Plan and execute staff engagement initiatives (e.g. team bonding, celebrations, culture-building activities)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and/or people management
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute operationally
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems (e.g. QuickHR)
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

What We Offer

  • A supportive, appreciative, and high-trust work culture
  • A close-knit team with strong collaboration and transparency
  • A high-empathy environment where people genuinely support each other
  • Exposure to the media, music, and entertainment industry
  • Flexible hybrid work arrangement (remote or office in Orchard Road)
  • Competitive leave, insurance coverage, and performance-based bonuses
