Job Description

About the Role

This is a hands-on execution role responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of Brenda Bence’s digital thought leadership. See www.BrendaBence.com for more information.

Working closely with Brenda and our team, you will ensure content moves smoothly from idea to publication, maintaining a consistent presence across LinkedIn and other digital channels while protecting the quality and voice of our global brand.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to creative work, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in producing polished, professional content.

You’ll work behind the scenes supporting the personal brand of one of the world’s leading executive coaches, helping shape thought leadership seen by senior leaders from many of the world’s most recognized organizations.

This is primarily an execution and coordination role rather than a content strategy or creative director position. We already have established systems, workflows, and brand standards. Your role is to execute them with exceptional quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Coordinate and manage Brenda’s weekly content publishing process using our established workflow.
  • Format, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Prepare graphics and simple visual assets while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Coordinate revisions, approvals, and publishing deadlines.
  • Monitor comments and engagement, escalating where appropriate.
  • Maintain a consistent publishing cadence and ensure no deadlines are missed.

Content Operations

  • Manage our ContentOS workflow and editorial calendar.
  • Repurpose existing thought leadership into multiple social media formats.
  • Assist with newsletter formatting and distribution through Constant Contact.
  • Maintain organized content libraries and digital assets.

Brand & Design Support

  • Ensure Brenda’s online presence remains polished and current across key digital platforms.
  • Update marketing collateral and client-facing materials when required.
  • Coordinate with external designers or vendors for larger design projects when needed.

Reporting

  • Prepare monthly social media performance reports.
  • Track engagement, audience growth, and key content metrics.
  • Identify trends and provide practical recommendations based on performance data.

General Marketing Support

  • As part of a small, high-performing team, you may occasionally assist with other marketing and communications projects as priorities evolve.

About You

  • You find satisfaction in getting the details right.
  • You enjoy bringing order to moving pieces and naturally notice inconsistencies others overlook.
  • You work independently, communicate proactively, and don’t need to be reminded to follow up.
  • You understand that executive communication requires discretion and sound judgment.
  • Above all, you take pride in delivering work that’s polished enough for senior executives.

Qualifications & Experience

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, digital communications or a related field.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn or executive social media accounts.
  • Excellent written English, as the role involves editing, formatting, and publishing English-language thought leadership content for a global executive audience, with the ability to adapt content into another person’s voice.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with Canva or similar design software.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude), using them to improve productivity while maintaining sound judgment and human oversight.
  • Hands-on knowledge of scheduling social media content using various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook Professional, Instagram, X, and website blog).
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Constant Contact (or similar email marketing platforms) is an advantage.
  • This position is open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents only.

What Success Looks Like

The successful candidate will help ensure:

  • Brenda’s thought leadership is published consistently and on time.
  • Our executive brand remains polished across every touchpoint.
  • Content operations run smoothly with minimal supervision.
  • Social media comments and audience engagement are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable.
