Brixx Derma is Singapore’s first beauty-tech brand on live-commerce — science-driven devices and skincare trusted by aesthetic clinics and healthcare partners across Singapore and Bangkok, designed to bring high-performance beauty and wellness into everyday routines.
We’re growing. Our products are in demand. And we need someone who can get them in front of the right clinics, wellness spaces, and corporate buyers — and close.
This is not a content role. This is not a social media role. This is a sales role for someone who genuinely loves beauty, understands the aesthetics space, and knows how to build relationships face-to-face.
What you’ll do
You’ll own our B2B channel from the ground up — aesthetic clinics, GP aesthetic clinics, medical spas, wellness centres, and corporate gifting accounts across Singapore.
Day-to-day, that means:
- Prospecting and cold outreach to clinics and wellness spaces
- In-person visits, sample drops, and product presentationsFollowing up, negotiating, and closing first orders
- Managing ongoing relationships and driving reorders
- Identifying corporate gifting opportunities (hotels, employee wellness, events.
There’s no hand-holding here. You’ll get full product training, a clinic sell-in deck, sample packs, and direct access to the founder. After that, your results are yours.
What success looks like
- Month 1: 15–20 clinic visits, 3 sample accounts opened
- Month 3: 8–10 active paying accounts, first reorders coming in
- Month 6: 20+ active accounts, SGD 2,500–4,000/month in commissions
Commission structure
- SGD 250–350 per new clinic or corporate account (first paid order placed)
5–8% ongoing commission on all reorders from your accounts - No cap. Your accounts grow, your income grows.
- Structured review at 3 months — performance-based base salary available for the right candidate
You’re the right fit if
- You have 1–3 years in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or medical/pharmaceutical sales in Singapore
- You have existing relationships with clinic owners, practice managers, or wellness buyers (a genuine edge)
- You’re comfortable walking into a clinic cold and pitching face-to-face
- You’re motivated by outcomes, not office hours
- You care about skincare and beauty-tech — this is a brand you’ll be proud to represent
