Role Overview
BRIXX DERMA is seeking a Freelance E-commerce Marketing Executive to support and scale our TikTok Shop and Shopee ecosystem.
This is a performance-driven role focused on revenue growth, conversion optimisation, and campaign execution across our digital retail channels.
You will work directly with the Founder to drive measurable commercial outcomes through platform campaigns, product merchandising, and strategic activations.
Candidates must have prior experience in e-commerce marketing, digital campaign execution, or social commerce environments. Experience with TikTok Shop or Shopee will be strongly preferred.
This role offers exposure to high-level brand activations involving creators, livestreamers, and public figures as part of our retail and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Campaign Execution
Plan and execute sales-driven campaigns across TikTok Shop and Shopee
Align promotional mechanics with product launches, seasonal moments, and platform opportunities
Structure bundles, GWPs, vouchers, and offers designed to improve conversion and AOV
Ensure product pages are optimised for campaign performance and purchase intent
Platform Performance Optimisation
Drive participation in platform-led campaigns such as flash deals and thematic sales
Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve visibility, conversion, and sell-through
Support strategic product positioning based on customer journey and purchase triggers
Creator-Led Commerce Activation
Coordinate campaign activations with creators and livestream partners
Support retail-driven collaborations involving experts such as doctors or wellness professionals
Ensure alignment between marketing narrative and commercial objectives
Commercial Alignment
Work closely with Marketing to ensure brand storytelling translates into sales outcomes
Coordinate with operations to ensure fulfilment readiness during high-velocity campaign periods
Support launch readiness across platforms for new products
Reporting & KPI Ownership
Track and report on key performance indicators including:
- GMV
- AOV
- Conversion uplift
- Campaign ROI
Identify gaps in campaign performance and recommend optimisation strategies
Maintain structured visibility over campaign performance and execution timelines
Requirements
Proven experience in e-commerce marketing, digital campaign execution, or social commerce
Hands-on familiarity with TikTok Shop or Shopee ecosystems preferred
Commercial mindset with strong understanding of conversion mechanics
Ability to manage campaigns with revenue impact in mind
Strong organisational and stakeholder coordination skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
