Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project-Basis Freelance Website Designer and Developer to join BRIXX DERMA, a cutting-edge beauty tech brand specializing in innovative skincare devices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in website design and development, with a strong background in implementing loyalty programs, automated device warranty systems, ecommerce solutions, and payment gateway integrations.

Responsibilities:

1. Website Design and Development:

  • Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites that align with BRIXX DERMA’s brand identity and aesthetic.
  • Implement and maintain website functionalities, ensuring seamless navigation and optimal user experience.

2. Loyalty Program Integration:

  • Design and integrate a robust loyalty program system into the website to enhance customer retention and engagement.
  • Customize loyalty program features based on business requirements and customer insights.

3. Automated Device Warranty System:

  • Develop and integrate an automated device warranty system to streamline warranty registration, claims processing, and customer support.

4. Ecommerce Expertise:

  • Configure and optimize ecommerce functionalities, including product listings, shopping cart management, checkout processes, and inventory management.
  • Ensure secure payment gateway integrations and PCI compliance for online transactions.

5. SEO and Performance Optimization:

  • Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and website visibility.
  • Monitor website performance metrics and optimize load times and responsiveness.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align website design with marketing strategies and business goals.
  • Communicate project timelines, milestones, and updates effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a freelance website designer and developer, preferably in the beauty or consumer electronics industry.
  • Proficiency in web development languages and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.).
  • Expertise in CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and ecommerce solutions.
  • Strong understanding of loyalty program management, automated systems, and payment gateway integrations.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with UX/UI design principles and responsive design techniques.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and analytics tools.
  • Portfolio showcasing successful website projects with similar scope and complexity.
