Designed for both home-use and post-treatment recovery, our products combine science-backed technology with a luxurious user experience.
We are rapidly expanding across Southeast Asia through TikTok livestreams, online marketplaces, Shopify, and strategic partnerships with clinics, medispas, wellness centres, influencers, and regional opinion leaders.
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven, polished, and relationship-focused B2B Sales & Partnerships Manager to spearhead our clinic and professional partnerships. You will be the face of Brixx Derma to aesthetics clinics, medispas, wellness centres, and premium retail partners — leading product demos, onboarding new partners, and driving wholesale revenue.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, presenting innovative beauty-tech solutions, and contributing directly to the growth of a fast-expanding brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinic Acquisition & Product Demonstrations
Identify, pitch, and onboard new clinics, medispas, and professional partners.
Conduct engaging product demos, training sessions, and treatment integration briefings.
Present wholesale packages, pricing structures, and projected revenue models.
Support partners on how to incorporate Brixx Derma devices and masks into treatment protocols.
2. Relationship Management & Revenue Growth
Build strong, long-term relationships with clinic owners, doctors, therapists, and managers.
Drive monthly reorders and replenishment through consistent follow-up.
Ensure smooth sampling, trial feedback, and partner onboarding.
Spot opportunities to upsell and scale partnerships regionally.
3. Sales Operations, Strategy & Reporting
Maintain an organised B2B pipeline and CRM with weekly updates.
Prepare professional proposals, decks, and partnership materials with support from our designer/marketing team.
Track performance, forecast revenue, and report weekly progress to the founder.
Work cross-functionally with marketing and social teams to support B2B campaigns and influencer-driven clinic content.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or partnerships (beauty, aesthetics, wellness, medspa, pharma, or luxury retail preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Confident with in-person demos and clinic meetings.
Consistent follow-up habits and strong pipeline management.
Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable with performance targets.
Professional, polished, and able to represent a premium brand.
Bonus: Existing network of clinics, medispas, or wellness professionals.
