We are building a brand-owned livestream team to ensure consistent quality, conversion, and customer experience across all live sessions.

Role Overview
This is a sales-focused livestream host role, not an influencer posting position.

You will host scheduled TikTok Shop livestreams on Brixx Derma’s official account and create short, on-brand videos to introduce yourself as a host, hype upcoming livestreams, and build a familiar community within the brand’s ecosystem.

Training, scripts, and sales frameworks will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Livestream Hosting & Sales
  Host TikTok Shop livestreams on Brixx Derma’s official account according to a fixed schedule
• Present products confidently, explain benefits and usage, and drive conversions
• Engage with viewers, answer questions, and handle common objections
• Follow provided scripts, live flow structure, and promotional mechanics
• Support product launches and key sales campaigns

Host-Led Short-Form Videos

• Create short videos introducing yourself as a Brixx Derma livestream host
• Film hype and reminder videos to promote upcoming livestream sessions
• Build rapport and familiarity with viewers to grow repeat live attendance
• Maintain a consistent on-camera presence aligned with the brand tone
• Note: These videos support the brand’s livestream ecosystem and are posted in alignment with Brixx Derma’s content direction.

Requirements
Comfortable speaking on camera and selling live
Clear, confident communication and presence
Able to follow scripts and structured selling frameworks
Coachable and open to feedback
Reliable availability for scheduled livestream hours
Basic ability to film short videos using a phone
Experience in livestream selling, retail sales, beauty, or wellness is a plus but not mandatory

Compensation
Hourly base pay for livestream sessions
Sales commission based on livestream performance
Paid trial period provided
Longer-term collaboration and earning upside based on results
