Position summary
You will primarily develop creatives that contribute to driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and brilliant user experience across the various online and offline channels of Bettr Group. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will execute the marketing plan, manage content calendars, and scheduling content for release across various platforms. You will play a critical role in building our brand and cultivating a thriving community within the Bettr Group.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary role will be to ideate, design and create content for multimedia formats (e.g. video, graphics, blog, social media) for engaging campaigns on online platforms, such as websites, social media, paid and organic marketing, and email marketing. You will also support the brand and marketing by producing various design materials, such as print and digital ads, marketing collaterals, website layouts, product packaging, event and branding materials. You should be on top of current social media trends and topics.
As a secondary role, you will also support any influencer and brand partnerships, and events that drive customer engagement and sales. Further, you will nurture relationships with content creators and our social media community to drive user-generated content and increase engagement, brand loyalty and advocacy.

You may need to be involved in any assigned special projects and/or any other related services as assigned by your supervisor.
