Job Description

Beyond The Vines is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Singapore, with a physical and online retail presence in Singapore and the region. We have an exciting opportunity for a hungry and passionate Marketing/PR Intern to join our team. Working with the Marketing team, you will play a part in contributing and supporting the brand’s marketing and PR efforts on a global scale.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the Marketing team with packing and tracking of influencer gifting.
  • Assist with the tracking and management of marketing inventory.
  • Assist with managing and updating influencer content library and relevant databases.
  • Assist with media reporting and monitoring of press coverage and influencer content.
  • Assist with the population and reporting of EDMs.
  • Assist with the planning and preparation for media/launch events as required.
  • Support with any other ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties required by the Marketing team as required.
  • Perform any other duties to ensure the overall success of the business.

 

Requirements Include:

  • Has studied or is currently studying in a Marketing/PR related course.
  • Able to commit for minimally 3 months.
  • Have an interest in the following fields: fashion retail, public relations, digital marketing, prior experience would be a plus.
  • Proactive, creative and thinks differently in dealing with both opportunities and issues.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised, meticulous, and efficient.
