Key Responsibilities:
- Support producers in the coordination and execution of video productions from pre-production through post-production.
- Assist in developing production schedules, call sheets, and other essential documentation to ensure smooth shoot operations.
- Communicate and liaise with clients, vendors, crew, and internal departments to align deliverables with creative vision and project goals.
- Attend shoots and assist with on-site logistics, ensuring timely setup, talent coordination, and troubleshooting on the ground.
- Source and manage production elements including locations, props, permits, and freelancers as required.
- Track production budgets and expenses, providing administrative and logistical support to keep projects on time and within budget.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative development when required, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related discipline preferred.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in production or broadcast media is advantageous.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable multitasking across several projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communicator with the ability to liaise professionally across teams and with external partners.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative and learn on the job.
