Job Description

Role Description:

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for multiple business units.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and maintain brand integrity.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
  • Oversee marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, exhibitions, and events.
  • Utilise data analytics to measure and optimise campaign performance.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales, product teams, and external agencies to align marketing with business objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, identify new marketing technologies, and continuously improve strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4-7 years of marketing experience, with 3-5 years in a managerial role is a plus.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing multiple business units preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation).
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High level of adaptability, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills.
