Job Description

About BREAVA

Based in the heart of Singapore’s creative scene, BREAVA is a holistic advertising agency built on the transformative power of creativity. Over the last three years, we’ve grown into a tight-knit team of eight passionate creators dedicated to delivering innovative design solutions that do more than just look good—they drive results.

We are a growing agency where every voice matters. We push the boundaries of design excellence while ensuring every creative spark is strategically aligned with our clients’ objectives. As we scale, we’re looking for a dynamic Creative Designer who is ready to grow with us.

The Role
We are searching for a strategic and aesthetic-driven Creative Designer. You aren’t just a “pixel pusher”; you are a visual storyteller who can conceptualize and execute compelling designs across multiple mediums. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional team to develop strategic solutions that resonate with target audiences and achieve tangible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Design: Conceptualize, develop, and execute innovative design solutions across digital, print, and video platforms.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to translate project objectives into creative strategies that align with business goals.
  • Visual Storytelling: Translate strategic insights into captivating designs that communicate key messages and evoke the right emotions.
  • Trend Leadership: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices.
  • Technical Execution: Use the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) to bring concepts to life with precision.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quality & Consistency: Conduct thorough quality assurance on all deliverables to maintain brand integrity and excellence.
  • Team Growth: Provide guidance to junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and supportive studio culture.

What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media & Interaction Design, Fine Arts (with a focus on Media/Digital Art) or a related field.

Experience: 1–2 years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.

Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro are essential).

Mindset: Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills. You should be able to explain the why behind your design choices.

Communication: Persuasive communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

The X-Factor: What Makes You Unique
At BREAVA, we believe the best work happens when diverse interests collide. Beyond the core Adobe toolkit, we are looking for that “extra something” that helps our team push boundaries. You’ll stand out to us if you bring:

A Strategic Edge: A foundational understanding of business marketing principles. We love designers who understand why a brand needs to grow and how their work contributes to that success.

A Technical Edge: Knowledge of 3D design software. Whether it’s for product rendering or abstract motion, your ability to add depth to our work is a huge plus.

A Personal Spark: We hope you have a specific area of interest or a personal passion outside of your daily tasks—whether it’s street photography, UI/UX, motion graphics, sustainable fashion, or even urban exploration.

Why does this matter? Because we believe your authentic interests bring unique strengths and fresh perspectives to the table that a textbook cannot teach.

Application Process
If you are a creative designer looking to make a real impact in a growing agency, we want to hear from you. To Apply: Please submit your Resume, Portfolio/Website, and a brief note telling us:
