Job Description

  • Refresh corporate materials and presentations
  • Draft short communication pieces for internal employee communications
  • Draft and coordinate materials for corporate publications and reports
  • Support archival of creative assets and historical materials
  • Support creation and design of communication collaterals (e.g. posters, videos, photo slideshows)
  • Support planning and content creation for BW LinkedIn pages
  • Assist in developing communication proposals and programmes for key stakeholders
  • Support liaison with partners, affiliate companies, and external vendors
  • Update corporate websites and/or internal employee platforms
  • Conduct research to support communication initiatives
  • Provide operational support for internal events as required (e.g. staff activities, quarterly events)
  • Handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-organised with good planning and multitasking abilities
  • Responsible, meticulous, and detail-oriented
  • Creative, with a good eye for design and visual presentation
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and platforms in a fast-paced environment
  • Culturally and socially aware, with the ability to work in a diverse, global setting
  • Keen interest in learning and personal/professional development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Comfortable using social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with content and video creation tools (e.g. Canva or similar)
  • Able to commit up to 6 months
