Job Description
We are seeking a creative, proactive Junior Creative / Graphic Designer to support cAL’s marketing and content team. You will help bring cAL’s brand to life visually across digital platforms including social media, website, in‑clinic displays, and member communications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow their creative skills in graphic design, social media content creation, and basic video editing within a lifestyle/beauty brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing visual content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) that reflects cAL’s brand identity and resonates with our audience.
- Support the creation of digital assets including banners, posters, email graphics, ads, and in‑clinic visuals.
- Edit and produce short‑form videos for social media and marketing campaigns (e.g., treatment highlights, client testimonials, tutorials).
- Collaborate with the marketing and community team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns, content calendars, and visual storytelling concepts.
- Maintain brand consistency in all creative materials and ensure high quality across all outputs.
- Stay up‑to‑date with design and social media trends to keep CAL’s content fresh and engaging.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Media or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
- Strong visual sensibility, creativity, and an eye for detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
Nice‑to‑Have:
- Experience creating content for social media accounts (brand or personal).
- Basic understanding of motion graphics or animation (e.g., After Effects).
- Photography or basic content production skills.
