Job Description
We are looking for a highly capable, dependable and emotionally intelligent Personal Assistant to support the Founder of a growing lifestyle and beauty brand. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to represent the Founder professionally in various settings. You’ll help manage daily priorities, coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and ensure smooth execution of both business and personal tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the Founder professionally when meeting with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
- Schedule and manage appointments, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple business functions.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to ensure operational efficiency.
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage tasks without constant direction.
- Assist with event planning, travel coordination, and other ad-hoc assignments.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Be resourceful and solution-oriented when handling unexpected situations or challenges.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence.
- Confident, articulate, and presentable in both formal and casual settings.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented with a strong sense of initiative and follow-through.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Prior experience as a PA, EA, or in a client-facing role is a plus.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools to streamline work.
- Business acumen and an understanding of how to support decision-making and priorities at a leadership level.
- A background or interest in marketing, branding, or creative industries is a strong advantage.
- Prior experience in a similar assistant or coordination role is preferred.
