As our Customer Service Specialist/Executive, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to design excellence and service quality. This role blends client engagement, design product presentation, and marketing/event support — ideal for someone with a genuine passion for interiors and materials.

What You’ll Do

1. Showroom Experience & Client Engagement (CATALAB Experience Hub)

  • Greet and host all showroom visitors, including walk-ins and scheduled appointments, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
  • Present product collections confidently and prepare customized sample sets or marketing materials.
  • Maintain the showroom’s cleanliness and visual standards, including samples, catalogues, and electronic touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to refresh product displays and support visual merchandising updates.
  • Drive visitor engagement through initiatives like Google Reviews and social media tagging.
  • Gather visitor feedback and assist in lead tracking post-visit.

2. Customer Enquiries & Sales Coordination

  • Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, social media, email, and web forms.
  • Route leads to the appropriate departments and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for timely sample fulfilment and courier dispatch.
  • Generate monthly reports on showroom visits, lead sources, and client engagement trends.

3. Sample & Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels for samples, catalogues, product labels, and other marketing materials.
  • Coordinate weekly restocks and sample movement with the warehouse team.
  • Perform routine quality checks and ensure accurate inventory records in the CRM system.

4. Marketing Administration & Event Support

  • Maintain marketing documentation, including SOPs, trackers, and sample logs.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns, gifting initiatives, and showroom events.
  • Support event logistics such as set-up, guest registration, and basic content capture (e.g., photos or videos during events or client visits).

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, showroom operations, marketing admin, or sales support.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Well-organized with high attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM or inventory software experience is a plus.
  • Able to work onsite for a 5 day work week (Monday – Saturday) and support events when needed.
