Job Description

Role: Marketing Intern
Type: Internship (6 Months – flexible)

Location: Fully Remote / Singapore (with some in-person meetings)

Commitment: Full-Time (approx. 8 hours per day)

Start Date: Immediate

Overview
Sorena Studios is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our content, campaign and client work. This is a 6-month internship designed for someone who’s eager to gain hands-on experience in a boutique creative agency environment.

You’ll be working closely with the Campaign Manager, Business Development Manager and Founder, assisting across digital marketing, content creation, influencer campaigns and internal marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Support

  • Assist the Campaign Manager with day-to-day coordination of client and internal campaigns
  • Help build and manage KOL/UGC lists, briefs and deliverable trackers
  • Follow up on content deadlines, approvals and file submissions
  • Organize creative assets and ensure all materials are filed properly
  • Help prepare post-campaign reports (data collection, screenshots, engagement stats)

 

Marketing & Content Support

  • Draft captions and brainstorm content ideas for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Help plan and schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite or Notion
  • Conduct trend and competitor research for client and agency content
  • Assist with monthly content calendars and asset collection

Internal Support & Coordination

  • Support the Business Development Lead with outreach prep, deck formatting, or case study collation
  • Assist the Founder with general coordination tasks, brand research and project follow-ups
  • Help maintain internal trackers, content folders and campaign timelines
    Join and take notes during internal brainstorms or check-in meetings
