Job Description
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Account Executive to support our Account Managers in servicing clients and executing social media campaigns.
In this role, you’ll help coordinate client requests, manage KOL communications, contribute content ideas, maintain social media calendars and ensure campaigns run smoothly from planning to reporting.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, stays on top of details and wants to build a career in social media and account management.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
1. KOL Management
– Research, shortlist and curate suitable KOLs and content creators based on campaign objectives, target audiences and budgets.
– Reach out to KOLs and manage day-to-day communications, negotiations and follow-ups.
– Coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, content submissions and posting schedules.
– Track KOL deliverables and ensure content is submitted and published according to requirements.
– Maintain and update internal KOL databases and campaign records.
2. Client Servicing Support
– Support Account Managers in managing day-to-day communications with clients.
– Consolidate client feedback, requests and approvals clearly for internal teams.
– Coordinate administrative and logistical requirements such as shoot permits, venue access, product arrangements and talent schedules.
– Prepare and maintain shoot lists, meeting notes, timelines and project trackers.
– Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
3. Social Media Management & Content Planning
– Contribute relevant and engaging content ideas for TikTok, Instagram and other social platforms.
– Assist Account Managers in developing monthly social media content calendars.
– Conduct research on platform trends, competitors and cultural conversations.
– Coordinate with designers, copywriters and production teams to ensure content is delivered according to the approved plan.
– Schedule and publish content accurately across social media platforms.
– Monitor posting schedules and ensure captions, assets, tags and links are correct.
4. Campaign Coordination
– Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns, content shoots and activations.
– Help prepare shoot briefs, shot lists, references, props and logistical arrangements.
– Attend shoots where required and support the Account Manager and production team on-site.
– Track project timelines and flag potential delays or issues early.
– Ensure deliverables meet client requirements and Confetto’s creative standards.
5. Reporting
– Prepare monthly social media performance reports.
– Consolidate key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth and content performance.
– Highlight top-performing content and relevant campaign observations.
– Support Account Managers in identifying learnings and recommendations for future content.
Requirements:
– Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related field.
– Prior internship or work experience in social media, digital marketing, client servicing or influencer marketing is preferred.
– Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and current social media trends.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple timelines and tasks.
– Confident in communicating with clients, KOLs and internal teams.
– Comfortable using tools such as Google Slides, Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.
– Able to work independently while collaborating closely with a team.
– A positive, resourceful attitude and willingness to learn.
– A genuine interest in social media, content creation and popular culture.
