We are a specialised training institution in the education industry, equipping youth all over Singapore with 21st century skills that will enable them to be responsible citizens and problem-solvers. Through our programmes and events, Cornerstone brings students in direct contact with role-models, experienced trainers, entrepreneurs and professionals from the industries. We mentor them on their projects and provide the crucial link between education and industries.

Job Description

  • Conduct and/or assist in classroom-based training sessions on various IT-related topics (e.g. Design Thinking with Tech Integration, Basic Coding, Digital Literacy, Cyber Wellness).
  • Deliver training in an engaging and values-driven manner, incorporating gamification, real-world applications, and collaborative tech tools.
  • Ensure sessions are interactive and promote both technical and character development through experiential learning.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned related to tech education or digital enablement.

 

Job Requirements

  • Outgoing, proactive, and adaptable with a positive mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Passionate about youth development and character-building through digital and soft skill integration.
  • Good conceptual thinking and able to explain IT concepts in a simple, relatable way to non-tech audiences.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tech tools/platforms simultaneously.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of tech tools/platforms (e.g. Google Workspace, Canva, Scratch, Python basics, coding games, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Experience in facilitation, education, youth work, CCAs, or volunteer work in community/social settings is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $20 – $50 / hour
