Job Description
Primary Duties:
- Manage both studio’s key social media accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Assist with planning and curating a monthly content calendar to drive engagement.
- Work across departments to create entertaining and informative short-form videos and posts – from scripting, filming, to crafting engaging copy!
- Respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback on our social platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media analytics and report insights.
- Pitch, develop, and implement marketing strategies and short-term campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with social media practices and platform features.
Secondary Duties:
- Continuously self-learn and stay updated with industry trends to enhance skills and job effectiveness.
- Conduct research to identify and implement methods for improving departmental efficiency and productivity.
- Support directors in additional tasks or areas, as necessary.
