Branding Designer

Creative For More is on the lookout for a Branding Designer who lives and breathes the visual language of brands. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of brand identity systems, who can translate strategy into visuals that speak to the heart of a brand’s story.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be working closely with our Art Director and creative team to shape the look and feel of brands across various industries. From logo design and colour palettes to typography, imagery and brand collateral, you’ll be responsible for the visual glue that holds brand identities together.

  • Develop brand identity systems: logos, brand marks, icons, colour schemes, typography
  • Create visual brand guidelines and documentation
  • Design assets for use across digital and print platforms (e.g. social media, websites, pitch decks, brand presentations)
  • Support in shaping moodboards, art direction references, and brand visuals in line with creative strategy
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent execution of the visual identity
  • Take feedback constructively and iterate quickly and meaningfully

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in branding and visual identity work (portfolio required)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Bonus if familiar with Figma or other digital design tools
  • Strong eye for detail, typography and layout
  • Clear understanding of how branding applies across touchpoints, from digital to physical
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines while collaborating with a broader team

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with start-ups or marketing agencies
  • Familiarity with web design principles or motion graphics
  • A sense of visual storytelling and how to bring concepts to life
