Job Description
- Content production from planning to execution — including brainstorming, assisting shoots.
- Implement a consistent posting schedule and creative direction aligned with our brand’s aesthetic
- Assist on shoot days and help capture behind-the-scenes content
- Create high quality short-form content, visuals like carousels, posts, and stories
- Write captions, schedule posts, and update content calendars
- Create high-quality IG/Tiktok videos that reflect current trends and highlight our brand’s products or any on-going campaigns or events
- Monitor IG/TikTok and fashion trends daily to keep content fresh, timely, and highly shareable
What we are looking for
- Proactive, positive, and confident attitude towards design challenges
- Good organisational skills, accountability and ability to manage workflow efficiently, meeting required timelines.
- You have a strong sense of style and understand current fashion culture
- Create fashion-forward, trend-driven content that aligns with our aesthetic
- Track performance, test ideas, and evolved content based on what’s working
- You’re plugged into Instagram/TikTok trends, sounds and editing styles
- Eagerness to develop skills in a positive learning environment and a willingness to explore and learn new capabilities.
What we require
- Social media, content creation, or influencer marketing experience
- Basic editing skills (CapCut, AfterEffects,, etc)
- Comfortable on camera and styling looks
