Job Description

Role Description

This position supports global and local marketing campaigns for Dr Ora group of brands, by implementing digital sales, marketing, and logistics strategies across online and offline channels. As a Marketing Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging content to promote our products and services, managing social media channels, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns.

 

Requirements

Able to adapt to a fast paced working environment with tight deadlines
Proven experience as content creator and content development on Tiktok and Instagram
Able to create innovative and engaging content
Comfortable on-camera
Ability to work well under pressure, detail oriented and has strong logical and critical thinking to solve problems.
Able to work independently.

 

 

Responsibility

 

Manage marketing campaigns and materials across all B2B and B2C platforms
Conceptualising, planning, styling, shooting and editing static and motion graphics on time and on spec for website, social and e-commerce platforms
Researching, proposing new ideas and concept for on-trend tutorial / tiktok videos and blog/guide content relevant to Brand’s target customers
Assisting the marketing team with the preparation of content for website and catalogue.
Create visually appealing graphics, animations, and videos for various marketing materials and campaigns
Collaborate across and within the Company to drive up standards of creativity and support any other projects and initiatives that require design support.
Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for promotional purposes
Participate in new business initiatives, from identifying opportunities to pitch development, brainstorm and presentations
Compile consumer insights, analyze current market trends and propose new marketing opportunities where possible
Public relation and marketing agency experience in the beauty industry is a plus
