Job Description
We are looking for a Design Manager to spearhead our Graphic Design team and bring bold, innovative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to define the creative direction and align it with business goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the design team’s productivity and creativity.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines, company objectives, and marketing goals.
2. Internal collaboration:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to understand project goals and creative requirements.
- Act as the key point of contact for internal design needs, managing expectations and delivering high-quality results.
3. Concept Development & Execution:
- Drive brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas that meet internal objectives.
- Oversee the design process from concept to final delivery
4. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the graphic design team
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members to elevate the quality of deliverables and foster professional growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and other design tools.
- Experience in Print, Motion Graphics, and Digital Design (websites, social media, animations, videos).
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects, including print, motion, and digital designs
- Strong communication skills
- Capable of working independently and managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- A proactive mindset, passion for design, and eagerness to learn new skills.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in typography, 3D design, or advanced motion graphics.
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles for digital projects.
