Elevan August Media is looking for a capable Content Creator & Strategist to join us in scaling up our business. You will gain an insider perspective of multiple industries and will be working with highly motivated and talented people who take great pride in the work they do.

Responsibilities
· Plan, storyboard, and conceptualise creative/ storytelling ideas for video content
· Film & edit engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok and YouTube
· Execute & schedule post image-based and editorial content across channels
· Conduct interviews and record audio for video projects when necessary
· Use AI tools to support content creation, copywriting, proofreading and campaign ideas
· Stay up-to-date on social media trends and competitors’ best practices, and share that knowledge with the team
· Manage social media content calendar and posting schedule
· Track content performance and suggest improvements
· Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as required
Job requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Media/Communications, or equivalent work experience in video or film production
· Avid user of at least 2 prominent social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok)
· Good understanding of social media best practices and content creation
· Proficient in Creative applications (Canva, Capcut) etc.
· Knowledge of Canva is a plus
· Can work both independently and in teams
· Proactive, with a positive and can-do attitude
