We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Manager for Strategic Marketing and Communications to join our team and play a crucial role in advancing our mission.

Job Description:

  • As the Assistant Manager of Strategic Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing strategic marketing and The communication initiatives that align with SKM’s mission. You will work closely with the Deputy Director, Strategic Marketing and Communications and support the Director of SKM as well as various stakeholders to enhance awareness, engagement, and the overall impact of our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and communication plans to advance SKM’s mission and goals.
  • Manage and execute offline and  digital marketing initiatives, including social media and content creation.
  • Coordinate and oversee the development of promotional materials and communication content.
  • Collaborate and support  internal teams and external partners to plan and execute successful campaigns and events.
  • Analyse market trends, community needs, and feedback to optimise marketing strategies and increase engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support brand positioning and ensure consistency in messaging across all channels and materials.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in strategic marketing, communications, or related roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, analytics, and content management systems.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Passionate about promoting kindness and community engagement in Singapore.
  • Fresh graduates who have gained relevant experience through internships and demonstrate a strong enthusiasm and interest in pursuing a career in this field are welcomed to apply.
