Job Description
As Junior Account manager, you will play a critical part in acquiring new merchants and helping them unlock growth through technology. You’ll work directly with business owners, understand their pain points, and position EPOS as the trusted partner to digitalize their operations— from Retail to F&B and beyond.

Your Role
Engage highly qualified inbound leads and excite potential customers
Build relationships with SME and startup founders on a daily basis
Engage SMEs to digitalize and supercharge their business with EPOS
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
Follow up closely to ensure excellent pre-sales and post-sales account servicing
Work collaboratively with our highly successful Marketing and Sales teams
Requirements
You have previous work experience, sales pitching to customer on products, solution or services
You have good understanding & connections in F&B or / and Retail industries
You’re a fantastic communicator and people person
You’re driven, motivated and committed to success
You’re enthusiastic and willing to learn
You enjoy meeting new people
Training will be provided and no prior experience is required
