Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Fulfillment and Retail Associate based in Singapore. The role involves daily inventory management, order processing, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience both online and in-store. Additional responsibilities include assisting with the retail setup, handling customer inquiries, and contributing to a customer-focused shopping environment.

Qualifications
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver a positive customer experience
-Experience in customer-focused service and effective communication skills
-Proficiency in inventory management and organization
-Positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work both in a team and independently
-Familiarity with sustainable fashion or retail operations is a plus
