You’ll be the bridge between visionary clients and the powerhouse teams that bring ideas to life, where speed meets excellence, and creativity drives real business outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management & Business Development

  • Build, maintain, and deepen trusted relationships with both new prospects and long-term clients.
  • Drive business growth through proactive lead generation, upselling, and account expansion strategies.
  • Serve as the senior point-of-contact and strategic advisor for key accounts.

Strategic Leadership & Campaign Oversight

  • Lead the direction, development, and delivery of end-to-end integrated campaigns (events, media, creative).
  • Partner with internal creative, production, and ops teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Translate client needs into actionable strategies that align with broader business goals.

Internal Leadership & Operations

  • Oversee daily activity and output across the client servicing team and project teams.
  • Streamline processes for improved efficiency, communication, and accountability across departments.
  • Track internal and external KPIs to ensure consistent service excellence and project success.

 

Creative & Industry Foresight

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, audience behaviours, technologies, and emerging creative formats.
  • Regularly share insights, benchmark ideas, and challenge teams to stay innovative and bold.
  • Bring fresh, progressive thinking to every client conversation and internal brainstorm.

 

P&L & Resource Management

  • Manage project budgets and client account profitability with precision.
  • Provide accurate cost projections, resource allocations, and reporting across multiple campaigns.
  • Ensure strong financial stewardship without compromising on creativity or quality.

 

Requirements & Profile

  • 5–10 years’ experience in account management, business development, or strategic leadership in events, creative, production, advertising, digital, or media agencies.
  • Proven track record in managing high-value clients and growing existing accounts through relationship excellence and solution selling.
  • Problem-solver by nature, with a calm head under pressure and the drive to make things happen, no matter what.
  • Meticulous with a sharp eye for creative detail, strong aesthetic sense, and an instinct for what works.
  • Excellent time management with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients at once.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Positive, motivated, self-starting team leader with great ethics and energy.
  • A strategic thinker who can zoom out to see the bigger picture and zoom in to handle the finer details.
