Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Develop creative visuals for event branding, digital assets, motion graphics storyboards, social media, and marketing collaterals.
- Design event key visuals, presentation decks, stage screens, signages, invites, EDMs, and other touchpoints.
- Create brand-aligned assets for internal marketing initiatives, including company social posts, campaigns, and recruitment materials.
3D Design & Spatial Visualization
- Design 3D event layouts, stage builds, exhibition builds, pop-ups, experiential zones, and spatial environments.
- Generate realistic renderings, mood boards, and mock-ups for client presentations and internal development.
- Collaborate with producers, set builders, and production teams to translate creative concepts into feasible 3D installations.
Cross-functional Creative Support
- Work closely with account managers, producers, and media teams to conceptualize and execute visuals aligned with project goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative pitches, and rapid prototyping of concepts.
- Maintain consistency and high standards of quality across all visual outputs – from pitch to execution.
Requirements & ProfileÂ
- Diploma/Degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Exhibition/Interior Design, Multimedia or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant design experience in events, advertising, branding, or media agencies.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for 2D design.
- Skilled in 3D software such as SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Cinema 4D, or Blender.
- Strong understanding of spatial layouts, event formats, structures, and user flow within physical environments.
- Knowledge of creating design specs for print and production (e.g. large format, signage, structures, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Excellent attention to detail, layout composition, typography, and brand alignment.
- Team player, fast learner, and highly adaptable in a high-speed agency environment.
- Self-motivated, independent, and not afraid to take initiative.
Bonus Skills Â
- Motion design or animation capabilities (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of event AV or technical layouts.
- Photography or video production awareness.
- Familiarity with creative presentation tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma, or Canva.
