Job Description
The Events Executive would report directly to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, superb interpersonal skills, multi-tasking skills, and excellent time-management. The noteworthy Events Executive should reinforce client-to-business relations, improve the organization’s image, and effectively deliver on event objectives through supporting the team and projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Pre-Event planning and project management
o Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts with Event Manager/Director.
o Handling budgeting and invoicing.
o Sourcing for new vendors and suppliers
o Liaising and negotiating with vendors.
o Negotiating sponsorship deals.
o Handling logistics.
o Updating senior management.
o Managing branding and communication.
o Developing event feedback surveys.
o Obtaining permits and all necessary licenses for the event
o Supporting the events team with post-event reports.
